The position will embrace the following activities:
- Obtaining real work experience, by working on real projects thus gaining first hand experience on project demands and constraints.
- Develop sound understanding of business process by interviewing clients, understanding their needs and providing them with a viable solution.
- Enhance interpersonal skills through communication and developing professional rapport with clients.
- Exposure to real-time business processes such as inventory system, delivery system, product management and project initiation.
- Gain experience at marketing, by becoming the voice of Promilia™ Corporation, presenting its services to clients.
- Develop business skills such as time management, team work and performance under pressure.
- Enhance and extend leadership skills, which is the most essential ingredient for success. As a representative of Promilia, the incumbent would be a leader in handling web development responsibilities given to him or her, and make viable recommendations to the design and layout of web pages.
- Development of technical skills, understanding of various web technologies, opportunity to learn new technologies, and development of potential leads for career opportunities.
- Overall development of career building skills which are an amalgamation of business knowledge and processes to IT expertise.
